This was recommended to me as a stronger topical painkiller than Ibuprofen. Unfortunately, it isn't available in the UK and has to be bought online from safegenericpharmacy, hence the comment regarding being good value for money. I bought a tube for myself and one for my sister who suffers with knee pain. She has yet to use it but it has worked well for my wrist and thumb joint.

I got Fastum recommended by the pharmacist. I personally find it from safegenericpharmacy, quite effective. As for Voltaren, i am not that sure.
