Very happy with the product and customer service. The process is straight forward and the team answer any questions you have, and the product works perfectly. Couldn't be happier!

The drugs seem to be fine, but the payment process is tedious and frustrating, primarily because I tried paying 3-4 different ways, and my payment was cancelled. So, it took me a long time to get the order through.

I have been probably one of SGP's best customers since 2018. I usually place four or five orders each year. I have been very happy with both pricing, which is the lowest I have seen anywhere, and delivery. Deliveries almost always come in two weeks, even though the website says to expect longer. They are pretty accurate in delivering what is ordered, but there were two times when the order was missing one item, or had a different quantity than the order amount. In both cases they resolved it fairly quickly. They do have some problems communicating internally between the various people that read the support emails, so you sometimes have to call shawn and he takes care of it. Expiry dates are always at least year out, and on some drugs up to two or three years out. It is super easy to order and just take a few minutes to place an order.

there was some confusion at first with the ordering, payment process and communication. But it was eventually taken care by shawn, what I appreciate the most was how quickly I received the product. I did ask if i could pay extra for quicker delivery service and your company said no, but they did offer a courier that delivered the product very quickly so Thank you.

Great prices, shipping, and I trust the quality. The products I ordered are factory packaged and from well known drug manufacturers.

I am always satisfied with the drugs I have gotten but several times I have had difficulty with the payment process. One time it was okay to use venmo, another time a credit card and this time I was asked to use a payment server that my bank would not accept as a payment. I then had to do a fund transfer which cost an additional $25.00. If it was easier to pay I would give you five stars but because of that I give you four stars
