Website worked fine for me during the order process. Shipping took a few weeks but that was expected. I received what I ordered.

Navigating the website and ordering was easy. The length of time to get the order was 6-7 weeks. I did email the company to question the order and they immediately started tracking the order, and sent me updates on ETA. I received the nicely packaged order less than two weeks after the email conversation.
