Honestly, This monthly reorder shows a normal online pharmacy experience. I reordered during a busy week, so I appreciated getting tracking information. Customer support replied politely and did not ignore my follow-up. The packaging was plain, secure, and discreet. The reorder was accurate, which matters most to me. The service was great, but the tracking page could be easier to follow. I would feel comfortable placing another reorder.
