I did a few successful transactions with them already in the past. This time there were a lot of website glitches and only wire transfer payment was accepted. It was a major hassle and $50 extra bank fee. I'm not coming back unless credit card or PayPal is coming back. Customer service is hit and miss, different people responded to my emails and often made contradicting statements. I could never ever get them on the phone and it was not without trying a lot. By the way, I got the things i ordered except for one thing that was out of stock by the time they shipped it. Fortunately it wasn't anything major.
