My order was done at 16.10.2018 but I still don't recieve any payment guide, order still "Processed". I was writen e-mail to administrator of this site but dont' get any answer about situation. Now you answer to me, that my ordre is not processed because I didn't make payment. Ok, how I can did payment if I don't know how?
