It used to be legit company. I placed few orders last years and everything was okay. I placed big order on March 22 and has never received it. They refused to refund my money

I sent them an email concerning shipping and received a quick response!!!

i placed a big order almost a month ago, well in advance of the India lock-down. It took over a week to get tracking numbers. But the tracking show that either there is no such shipment or the parcel is "preparing for shipment". There has been no change of status of shipment since the mid March. I understand Indian Post is up and running. The SGP stuff blames it all on the "lock-down." I was pleased with SGP in the past, but can't recommend it anymore in this trying time. Sorry!

I have ordered from you several times, now I have not gotten tracking information for the last order, and an invalid number one another. I have not received coupons, nor free shipping. Also have to sign up each time and doesn't remember I was a customer before
