Safe Generic Pharmacy

I love this company immensely, and have been using them for many months. However, my last order had a delivery issue with the product I ordered due to my apartment number being missing from delivery, and several months later they still have made no attempt to rectify the situation. I'm still out well over $100, still have not received my product, and the company's customer service agents have been absolutely useless and unwilling to help in any way at all. Majorly disappointed.

Order sat in Mumbai, India for over three weeks. Emailed the company and they said they would re-ship the order. Magically, the order started to move and was delivered in just a few days. Package was opened and rifled through, probably by customs. Medication was very old stock and expires in 1 month. SGP is playing games and I will not tolerate it. Will either be getting a refund or have a charge back issued through my credit card. Stay far away from this company

Product delivery was timely and every order has been 100% correct What really impresses me is this company is always quick to answer questions, usually have a response in a day or so. This is my second order from SGP. First order arrived within 2 weeks. Sat in customs in N.Y. for most of the time. This order has been sitting in Mumbai,IN for well over 2 weeks without moving. I understand that shipping carriers are slammed right now, but this is way too slow. Considering how much I was charged for shipping, I should have already received it by now

I'm happy with the product I received and the time was it took for delivery was not bad. Unfortunately some of the capsules in the package were busted open or crushed which made them unusual I guess that happens with shipping
