I ordered no problem. Product arrived in expected time . Product I ordered doesn’t have a safety seal I don’t feel safe giving this to my child as this is a standard for safety in any pharmaceutical product. Customer service not helpful just said It’s safe go ahead and use it .I requested a return and send another product that was sealed . I sent numerous email giving details of my concerns, all I would get back is one line emails giving me no help or direction. They did say no reason to return, asking information that was already given . At the end an unsafe product I can’t use and out 300$ US. With no resolutions in site . This product is very cheap in India and I am paying a high price but they can’t seem to make it right .
