Payment Policy

We kindly request you to do not make Dispute/Chargeback's without contacting us. If you are not satisfied with our service/Product you have purchased. Please contact us at support@safegenericpharmacy.com and we will try to do everything possible to resolve the problem in your favor. If you receive your item and make a chargeback, we will consider you as a cheat. The information about your order will be forwarded to Fraud Division of your Credit Card Company.


If Option is Credit Card: We will send Payment instruction mail within 6-10 hours after placed order. If you will agree on given instruction, then we will proceed for payment.


If Selected, Bank Wire Transfer: Please share transaction details with us once you completed payment, So we can find your order easily and we can ship on time.


We will ship out your items within 2 days after payment made. We will contact you if shipment will later than 2 days. A shipment tracking reference also will update in your order after item posted out.


Please note that the information is submitted via SSL secured, Encrypted page and that there is no risk of fraud.
